BioCure Health ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS/text messaging program (the "BioCure Health SMS Program") to provide our patients and prospective patients with timely communications related to their health and wellness journey. By opting in to this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
When you opt in to the BioCure Health SMS Program, you may receive text messages related to:
Recurring messages. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and appointments with BioCure Health. You may receive more messages during periods of active scheduling, treatment follow-up, or when you contact us for support.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive recurring text messages from BioCure Health at the phone number you provided. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number submitted.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS/text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BioCure Health. You may opt in to receive text messages, but doing so is entirely voluntary.
You may opt out of the BioCure Health SMS Program at any time. To stop receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from BioCure Health.
If you opt out and later wish to re-enroll, you may do so by completing the opt-in process again on our website or by contacting us directly.

Message and data rates may apply. BioCure Health does not charge for sending text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees based on your plan. Please contact your carrier for details regarding your text messaging plan and any applicable fees.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number and any information you share through text messages will only be used for the purposes described in this policy. We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with outside parties for their own marketing or promotional use.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and message delivery are subject to your carrier's network coverage and service capabilities.
BioCure Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
BioCure Health is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of text messages caused by your mobile carrier, network congestion, or other factors beyond our control.
